Customer Care welcome pack

Shortly after settlement you will receive a Customer Care welcome pack. Your pack contains: 

  • Welcome Brochure with information on Customer Care, your new debit card and the answers to frequently asked questions (FAQs)
  • StarNet and StarCall Flyer with instructions on accessing your account by computer and telephone. It includes a handy push-out wallet card to record you loan ID number
  • Magnet: A magnet with all of the Customer Care contact details
  • Customer Care pen

Account information and changes

Unsure about your next payment date? Need an interim loan statement?

Our friendly Customer Care team can help you obtain account information – and discuss ways you can access this information any time, night or day via the telephone or internet. Access information on:

  • Repayment dates
  • Repayment frequency*
  • Address details
  • Other account details

Remember, keeping your account details up to date is important to ensure speedy delivery of important information on your loan account*.

* Borrowers must sign appropriate documentation for this to take place.

Loan variations / redraws and transfers

Need to make a change to your loan? The Customer Care team can your answer questions and help to:

  • Increase your loan amount
  • Change your loan type
  • Fix your interest rate
  • Redraw extra funds from your loan accountº

You can also arrange for a Debit Card that will give you direct access to your available redraw via ATMs or EFTPOS.
